Jaymi was such a delight to work with! With a really clear vision for her day plus a couple of free pre-wedding consults at the venue with FVE, it was easy for us to set up and style her ceremony at Flametree Winery in Dunsborough just how she imagined it. This is a gorgeous ceremony location – the back deck of the beautiful cellar door with lovely stonework provides a great backdrop for the bride and groom, and the expansive lawns means lots of space for guest seating. For this ceremony we provided 50 white folding Gladiator chairs, our vintage-style white rustic wooden signing table, and parasols plus a water service for pre and post ceremony cooling off. We set up and styled the ceremony for Jaymi in a couple of hours, helped by lots of positivity from the friendly cellar door staff, ready for the 4pm ceremony time.
For decorations, we picked up some flowers from Jaymi’s florist that matched the ones in her bouquet. We arranged them into rustic posies in some of our glass jars to hang off the aisle chairs and to go on the signing table. Jaymi also provided us with a few decorative items to place on the signing table and on the water service, as well as the burlap aisle runner. The front row of the ceremony was reserved for Jaymi and Aaron’s gorgeous golden retrievers who each had a nice plush white blanket to sit on.
After the ceremony, we took the flower jars and Jaymi’s small decorative items to Swings & Roundabouts winery in Yallingup, where they held their reception. We spend a few minutes placing these flower jars around the gardens and on tables, and generally soaking in the wonderful job the Swings staff did of setting up this amazing outdoor cocktail-style reception. The “bridal table” was some couches and a coffee table, and the dance floor was under the stars! Loved it.
